limitations of resources, but the management is always able to maximize
resources effectively and efficiently if the Unit is lead by creative and
innovative persons. The behavior and actions of the executive team inspire,
support and promote best practices as the best way to achieve the Unit’s
objectives. Executives should show and conduct activities in various fields
that affirm their commitment to best managerial processes. They should concern
with :

1. How the they visibly demonstrate their commitment to better quality of performance and continuous improvement in areas such as:

Develop clear values and expectations for the Unit. |

Act as role models for the Unit's values and expectations, leading
by example. |

Make themselves accessible, listen and respond to the Unit's
people. |

Give and receive training. |
 |
Are active and personally involved in improvement activities. |
